SERVICE WRITER
Service Writer required for a medium size transmission company specializing in the “Allison Transmission” This is a heavy-duty automatic transmission found in buses, transport trucks, P&D and industrial applications. Even the DURAMAX is powered with an Allison automatic transmission.
We require someone with strong personal work habits and a commitment to customer satisfaction with a pride in workmanship. You will need to work closely with others and effectively communicate with customers while maintaining organizational standards. The position includes processing and completion of work orders and O.E.M factory warranty claims. Mechanical understanding an asset. Training provided. Hours are M-F 8:00 – 4:30 pm.
